Welcome to A Culture of Engagement!

Where our focus is realizing the potential of authentic engagement

by piecing together key conflict engagement skills


This course consists of 8 lessons.

It also has both a pre-assessment and post-assessment.


A workbook is available to download.

You can print and use this as you work through the course.

It is also designed to support participants who my feel more challenged with technology. Once you download the workbook, it contains everything you need for this course and can be used outside this website.


This lesson will introduce you to the course.

You will introduced to the components you will see in each lesson as you get a feel for navigating the course.

Objective:

Discover your conflict engagement strengths and opportunities by:

  • Identifying why we disengage

  • Defining conflict resolution

  • Identifying the goals of engagement

  • Learning to avoid the risks of “Winner-Loser” perspective

  • Learning key engagement skills

  • Practicing selected skills

  • Reviewing your growth in the course

  • Developing an action plan
