Scenario:

Cynthia and Don have had continued conversation about a strongly differing viewpoint. Cynthia is busy, but she knows reaching a healthy outcome is important to how they work together in the future. Though she strongly disagrees with Don, she took some alone time to come up with a few questions for Don that she hopes will help her better understand his perspective.
